Work
SkyVision: Engineering a Multilayer Visual Intelligence Platform
A desktop visual intelligence system that turns video into monitoring events, from fire and smoke detection through local semantic analysis, operator-defined conditions, and tamper-evident evidence.
OpenUAV telemetry and field systems
Field architecture for unmanned systems: vehicle telemetry, transport, validation, persistence, and a monitored control surface with explicit trust boundaries.
OpenSaigaVision
Aerial monitoring built from the counting manuscript: biology, observability, detection, tracking, geolocation, and a visible count that stays distinct from an abundance estimate.
OpenSabrivigor
A custom Laravel site for a Dubai-headquartered project-management firm — editorial identity, structured content, and a production deploy on sabrivigor.com.
OpenJamal Najem
A WordPress site for a C-suite transformation leader — profile, career journey, personal story, services, and thought leadership as separate experiences on one editorial surface.
OpenIntroduction
How the work is structured.
Leadership, delivery, system types, industries, and where I operate — as one working model.
Architecture decisions, delivery planning, implementation review, modernization, and technical roadmaps — when the job is to make a system readable, not just larger.

A Metrological Framework for Counting Saiga Antelope in Kazakhstan: From Field Observation to Calibrated Aerial Computer Vision
Scientific methodological manuscript
Reliable monitoring of Saiga antelope requires a measurement chain from morphology and camera physics through detection, tracking, geolocation, and survey inference. This manuscript defines that chain for Kazakhstan and does not claim an unmeasured field accuracy or population count.

A Count Is a Measurand
The number of saigas is not a detector score. It changes meaning as an observation moves from the population, to a visible animal, to a unique track.

The page can be right and still ask the same question six times. The missing piece is a boundary that remembers the answer.
